Our Process
You should always know what happens next.
Remodeling is disruptive enough without wondering who is showing up on Tuesday. Here is exactly how a project runs, stage by stage.
- 01
Discovery
A straightforward conversation about the space, the goals and the budget.
We start with a call or a visit to the design center. You tell us what is not working, we share what projects like yours typically involve, and we agree on whether we are the right fit before anyone spends money.
- 02
Site Visit
We measure, look behind the obvious and flag what matters.
We walk the house, take measurements and photos, check structure, plumbing, electrical and access. Surprises get found here, not in week three of construction.
- 03
Scope & Estimate
A written scope with real allowances — no vague line items.
You receive a detailed scope of work with clear inclusions, exclusions and material allowances tied to products you can actually see in the design center. We review it together and adjust before signing.
- 04
Design & Selections
Every finish chosen in person, coordinated as one package.
Cabinetry, counters, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, hardware, lighting and paint are selected and locked in with your project manager, so ordering happens early and the schedule holds.
- 05
Construction & Walkthrough
One crew, one schedule, one point of contact until the punch list is closed.
Protected work areas, daily cleanup, weekly updates and a clear schedule. We finish with a walkthrough, a punch list completed on paper, and warranty details in writing.
What to expect
Communication is part of the build
These are commitments, not aspirations. If we miss one, tell us.
One point of contact
A project manager who knows your job, answers your texts and runs the schedule. You never have to relay information between trades.
Weekly written updates
What happened last week, what happens next week, and anything we need a decision on — sent before you have to ask.
A protected home
Dust barriers, floor protection, daily cleanup and clear work hours. You still have to live here while we work.
Change orders in writing
Nothing gets added or altered without a written price and your approval. No end-of-job surprises.
Inspections handled
We pull the permits, meet the inspectors and close out the file with the township.
A real punch list
We walk the finished project with you, write down every item, and finish them before we call it done.
Ready for stage one?
Discovery is a conversation, not a commitment. Tell us about the project and we'll take it from there.
